Refund Policy

At Sliverhuai Ecommerce, we provide ecommerce, creative, and digital marketing services through subscription-based and/or retainer-style engagements (the “Services”). Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement or proposal, all payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of a billing period or subscription term.


Billing Issues & Errors

Termination

If your access to our Services is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or other valid reasons, you will not be eligible for any refund for the remaining period of your subscription or billing cycle.


Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time. Sliverhuai Ecommerce is not liable for any changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of services. Refunds, if applicable, will only be issued as outlined in this policy or in a written agreement.
