You may cancel your Sliverhuai Ecommerce subscription or ongoing services at any time by providing written notice via email at:

Once canceled, your services will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle unless otherwise stated in your agreement. We do not provide refunds for any unused portion of a subscription term or billing period.
Termination by Sliverhuai Ecommerce
If your access is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or other policies, no refund will be issued for any remaining time in your current billing cycle or subscription.
Data & Account Removal
After cancellation or termination, your account data and related information may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
We strongly recommend that you download or back up any important data before canceling your services, as we cannot guarantee recovery once the data has been removed.
Service Modifications
Sliverhuai Ecommerce reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of its services, including features and offerings, at any time. While we aim to provide advance notice where possible, such changes do not entitle you to a refund unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
